Confirmed footage received from the occupied NFD region reveal KDF troops brutally beat, tortured and sodomized a young Somali pastoralist in Garissa county.
The video depicts a young boy with burn wounds to his Botox. The footage went viral on social media and caught traction from many prestige officials within Somali society. Most notably Ali Korane, the Governor of Garissa county.
The county Governor Ali Korane was quoted as saying via his twitter handle “ I condemn the cruelty meted out to this herder in Sangailu, Hulugho Sub-County by KDF officers. I took up the despicable human right abuse with the Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Gen. Samson Mwathethe who promised swift action”.
The Kenyan Defense Force (KDF) nor the Government of Kenya have responded to this latest abuse committed against a defenseless Somali civilian in the occupied NFD region. The Kenyan occupation forces (KDF) are notorious for committing rampant war crimes and human rights violations in the occupied Somali territory of NFD.
In recent weeks, there’s been a growing secessionist sentiment with Somalis in the occupied NFD region, which has many Somalis wondering if remaining part of Kenya is sustainable any longer.
