Afar Paramilitary Forces Massacre 12 Somalis

Confirmed reports reaching the Halgan Media service desk reveal a dozen Somalis where mercilessly gunned down during a violent cross border raid targeting the town of Madane in Shiniile province.

Local contacts have informed the editorial staff at Halgan Media that heavily armed militias and paramilitary forces hailing from the neighboring Afar Regional State entered the Somali border town of Madane, while traveling in multiple vehicles and began indiscriminately opening fire on civilians upon entering the town.

A total of 12 Somalis have been confirmed dead according to locals that spoke to Halgan Media anonymously for confidentiality purposes. The names of 11 out of the 12 victims are listed below.
