Confirmed reports received from the Ogaden reveal a standoff between Clan militias turned violent tonight in the village of Calool Dheer situated outside the town of Birqod in Jarar province.
Local residents have informed the Halgan Media service desk a standoff between two clans in the village of Calool Dheer took a turn for the worse when a Militia man opened fire on unarmed civilians. The hail of a bullets struck a young women.
The victim is reportedly suffering from a gun shot wound to the stomach. The perpetrators that carried out the brazen attack reportedly fled the scene on foot according to eyewitnesses.
The health and well being of the victim remains sketchy and hard to tell. Many locals in the village of Calool Dheer took shelter in doors following the incident.
