Confirmed reports received from the Ogaden reveal a massive Ethiopian troop presence in the Somali border town of Tuliguuleed in Fafaan province.

Halgan Media correspondents in Tuliguuleed reveal dozens of military convoys carrying Ethiopian troops flooded into the town tonight. The Ethiopian troops where spotted afterwards setting up checkpoints at nearly every intersection of the town.

Shortly afterwards a curfew was imposed on the town, with movement in the city halted. Local correspondents have informed Halgan Media that following the implementation of the curfew, the Ethiopian troops stormed the home of Deputy Mayor Asad Mohamed and illegally detained him, than subsequently arrested the Deputy Mayor.

The current whereabouts and well being of the Deputy Mayor remain unknown. These latest developments come a few hours after a heavy movement of Oromo paramilitary forces and militias was reported in the nearby border town of Jinicsani. For the time being It remains unclear if these two developments are related.
