Halgan Media has received verified reports from Ogaden revealing vicious attacks being perpetrated against Somalis residing in the border region between Ogaden and the neighboring Oromo regional state.
Local reporters deployed in the field have confirmed that Oromo militia’s launched a vicious attack this afternoon against Somali pastoralists in the town of Cuusweyne in Fafaan province. The victims where attending to there crops, when they came subsequently under attack by Oromo militia’s.
The death toll stands at four with eight others wounded. Halgan Media has been able to obtain the names of two out of the four deceased victims, which are listed below.
