Confirmed reports received from the Ogaden reveal fierce clashes erupted overnight in the Somali border town of Tuliguuleed in Fafaan province.
Eyewitnesses reveal heavily armed Oromo paramilitary forces besieged the village of Sheikh Sayid Cumar, which is situated outside the strategic Somali border town of Tuliguuleed.
The paramilataries poured into village and began indiscriminately opening fire according to local residents that spoke with Halgan Media on condition of anonymity.
Three civilians where struck by the hail of bullets and are currently languishing in a makeshift clinic in the Somali border town of Tuliguuleed.
