Confirmed reports reaching Halgan Media reveal several civilians have been arrested in the city of Jigjiga in Fafaan province. The incident occurred in the Qumaandaha neighborhood.
According to local contacts that chose to remain anonymous for security purposes, the individuals where detained and subsequently arrested on the grounds they took part in Anti state activities.
Halgan Media has been able to obtain the names of three out of seven victims, which are listed below.
