Shiferaw Shigute Is Once Again Working to Dived-and-rule Sidama people as they stride toward Their Regional Self-Rule

Shiferaw Shigute, the most loyal puppet of the TPLF/EPRDF in the past 18-20 years once again proved to be the biggest Sidama’s national enemy compared to any rulers who have worked against the Sidama interest in the past 45 years.

He has facilitated the dehumanisation and depersonalisation of the nation in a number of ways including economic and political marginalisation placing himself as sole representative of nearly 6 million Sidama people. This worst Sidama quisling of the nation has denied the Sidama of their fundamental rights of becoming vibrant nation by repeatedly burying their hope and dream as he worked time and time again to block their demands as he owns all the Sidama wealth with TPLF’s Generals, business groups and politicians

As he loyally serves his TPLF and former EPRDF’s rulers who have rewarded him with billions for his role in totally suppressing the Sidama nation for the last 18 years in particular, he began resurrecting to do his expert job in enslaving the Sidama nation.

As we speak he is spreading billions of ETB to give it away to hundreds of agents in various Sidama districts who are prepared to help him spread fake news about his being potential candidate to be a deputy PM. It has been also indicated that this unrepentant criminal who has got blood of hundreds of Sidama people, and thousands of the other peoples’ blood is still out there prepared to damage the Sidama national interest.

The older EPRDF has dehumanised the Sidama nation using this infamous criminal time and time again. Evidently, the Sidama nation has been targeted more than any other nations of the south of Ethiopia for simple reason of silencing them to maintain SNNPRS thereby sustain SEPDM and TPLF’s interest at the expense of the Sidama nation and the rest 55 nations of the current illegal regional state.

Mr Shiferawa has been key and sole individual who has been given ultimate power and authority to silence the Sidama nation. Moreover, to deny the Sidama nation stability, for example the turnover of Sidama Zone leadership often handpicked by Shiferaw Shigute is frequent compared to the other Zones of the south and the entire Ethiopia. For instance, if one of the Tigray Zones had 2 to 4 leaders in the past 27 years, the Sidama had at least 14. 14. Qarre Cawwicha (the current), all were swapped like a perishable materials unable to plan and implement any policy benefiting the nation. The TPLF, older EPRDF and its SEPDM have marginalised the Sidama nation and the entire 56 nations of the south at policy level.

TPLF has meticulously planned to cut such relationship and cooperation between the Sidama nation and their leadership whom the trusted Sidama cadres handpick and appoint based on their loyalty to the rulers. Here comes the biggest TPLF’s loyal puppet also known as the biggest anaconda the Sidama’s worst quisling, Shiferaw Shigute. He along with Wolayta cadres such as Hailemariam Desalegn, Tesfaye Beljige and numerous others have played key role in dehumanising the Sidama nation for the last 18-20 years.

He has played series of Sidama enslaving roles on behalf of the indicated illegal establishment, the TPLF and former EPRDF in general. For his roles in dehumanising of the Sidama nation on the scale hitherto unknown, Shiferaw Shigute has been repeatedly promoted to various high level authority statuses. This became evident after he has practically sabotaged the Sidama’s national aspiration for a regional statehood over 12 years ago in addition to his previous part in plotting against the nation’s national interest.

Mr Shigute has played key role in reversing the Sidama quest for a regional self-rule over 12 years ago after he has been assigned by his then boss, late PM Meles Zenawi to intervene and stop the Sidama nation from gaining its regional statehood after the Sidama Zone unanimously decided to be a region.

As we speak he is working day and night to repeat the same plot if he can and otherwise trying to dived and rule the Sidama people at this critical juncture in nation’s life.

The July 18, 2018’s similar decision of the Sidama Zone to assert its regional statehood hasn’t received an agreement of all people who live in Sidama land, elsewhere in Ethiopia and beyond apart from the legitimate Sidamas and their cousins who always supported their cause. Those who have got a stake in one way or another in Sidama land to date are plotting to sabotage the nation’s current demands although the Sidama is not prepared to easily allow the former to be repeated.

The Sidama makes it clear that their peacefulness and accommodation of all in its land shouldn’t be abused and misused by any person within Sidama and beyond as these won’t be tolerated any longer. Shiferaw Shigute is playing key role in behind the scene foul play.

The indicated criminal Shiferaw Shigute is getting groomed for the leadership of Deheden with the grand objective of totally destabilising the Sidama region and the entire south of Ethiopia for three key objectives:-
1. To block Sidama aspiration to be a regional state
2. To instigate war thereby to undermine the leadership of Dr Abiy Ahmed’s progressive forces and
3. As part of their last gasp for a final breath to return to power, they may attempt to do all they can to change EPRDF’s leadership with the goal of changing the current PM by the criminal anaconda, Shiferaw Shigute.

Although the above dreams of the barbaric criminals seem delusional and nightmarish belief of an insane similar to that of the Adolf Hitler’s; it is worthwhile knowing the attempts of the enemy so that the progressive forces have proper plans in place to manage these traitor pariahs accordingly.

From those who are playing foul against the rights of the Sidama nation primarily and the entire south of Ethiopia and wider country at large; the infamous trios with Sidama worst pariah Shiferaw Shigute include the former puppet PM Hailemairan Desalegn and the current Ethiopian Ambassador to Eritrea, Redwan Hussein who are all extensively working to abort the current move of the Sidama nation toward regional Self-rule.

In addition to his own interests, Shiferaw Shigute and the rest are working to implemente the wishes of TPLF’s generals and politicians who are hiding in Meqele (Mekele) to order their puppets who are wishing their heyday days to return to bury the hope of the peoples of Ethiopia.

The games of the indicated delusional criminal mercenary Shiferaw Shigute and his ally in Sidama as indicated above will be two fold; one igniting full scale war by reinstalling Shiferaw Shigute and secondly to prepare him for a leadership position of EPRDF thereby for a PM position. This is a simple hallucination of mentally, emotionally and psychologically disturbed individuals, the TPLF and the indicated quislings aren’t free from. Besides, it is worthwhile knowing the mind set of enemy.

Shiferaw Shigute is the Sidama nation’s worst enemy from whom the Sidama nation must be protected. He shouldn’t be allowed to the Sidama land under no circumstance. Instead, he must be taken to jail for the crimes he has repeatedly committed on Sidama nation for the past 20 years.

Moreover, any person who decides to forge alliance with this criminal individual must understand that he or she is becoming guilty in association. The person must be rejected by all Sidama from corner to corner. As we move with Dr Abiy ahmed’s progressive leadership to move from brutality to a regional self-rule and respect for our rights, we don’t need to accommodate any person or group working to deviate us from our strides toward self-actualisation with the objectives of sabotaging our objective.

The Sidama Ejjetto mustn’t allow themselves to be infiltrated by both internal and external groups who call themselves Sidama and appearing wolves in the middle of sheep. The Sidama must be careful at this time of our history. We shouldn’t allow into our business, not only those who have been known by us as anti-Sidama elements in the past 27n years, but also those who have participated in Sidama dehumanisation projects of Mr Shiferaw Shigute and his allies.

We must move hand in hand with the majority of Sidama people at this time of our history.
