Confirmed reports received from the Ogaden reveal Ethiopian troops illegally detained and arrested a women at a restaurant in the city of Dhagaxbuur in Jarar province.
According to local contacts, the victim was inside a restaurant she owned, upon being approached by Ethiopian troops, the women was subsequently arrested.
