Confirmed reports received from Nogob province reveal Ethiopian troops have severely tortured a women in the city of Fiq.
The victim is currently hospitalized due to life threatening injuries as revealed by local contacts whom choose to remain anonymous for confidentiality purposes. Halgan Media has received the name of the victim, which is listed below.
