Local contacts based in the town of Yucub in Doolo province have informed Halgan Media that the Liyuu Police carried out arrests targeting civilians within the past 24 hours.
According to eyewitnesses that spoke on anonymity, the Liyuu Police illegally detained and arrested a prominent businessman in the vicinity of the town. The victim has been identified as Bile Cabdullahi Yusuf.
Its not clear why the victim was arrested. Shortly after being detained, the victim was whisked away to an undisclosed location. The current whereabouts and well being of the businessman remains unknown for the time being.
