Confirmed reports received from the Ogaden reveal 8 civilians have been illegally detained and imprisoned in the city of Doolo Ado in Libaan province.
Ethiopian military contingents arrested the civilians, subsequently transferring them to a local jail manned by Ethiopian troops. Halgan Media has been able to obtain the names of three out of the eight victims, which are listed below.

Ethiopian military continues to wantonly imprison civilians in Ogaden at will and subjugate the civilian population with arbitrary detentions, which is in violation of international law.
