Confirmed reports received from the Ogaden reveal Ethiopian troops have illegally detained and imprisoned three civilians in the town of Baraay in Afdheer province.
Following the arrests, the victims where transferred to local jail in the vicinity of the town. Halgan Media has been able to receive the name of one out of the three victims, which is listed below.
