A double shooting overnight in the Kaaraan district of Mogadishu, has left two people died.
Armed assailants wielding pistols shot and killed two men before fleeing the scene on foot according to eyewitnesses.
Police arrived on the scene following the double homicide. It’s not clear what sparked the shooting.
The Kaaran district in Mogadishu remains one of the most dangerous areas in the city.
