Kenyan troops raided a rural village in occupied southern Somalia and began indiscriminately targeting defensless villagers and pastoralists in the vicinity of Yado village.

Local contacts in the village of Yado in the Gedo region reveal Kenyan troops flooded into the village and began rounding up and detaining civilians.

The foreign forces than pulled one person from the group of detainees and shot him dead in front of dozens of villagers.

Five more people where than dragged from the crowd and thrown into the back of KDF military trucks. The Kenyan troops than withdrew from the village of Yado following the gruesome killing and subsequent abductions that ensued.

The current well being and whereabouts of the five victims remains unknown at the moment. However local contacts where able to obtain the names of four out of the five abductees which are listed below.

The Kenyan Defense Force (KDF) has over several thousand troops deployed in Somalia under the guise of America’s war on terror and routinely commit atrocities and crimes against humanity as seen with today’s gruesome incident in the village of Yado.

War crimes and extrajudicial killings carried out by Kenyan troops in Somalia have become a daily occurrence following the illegal Kenyan invasion of Somalia in 2011 and the subsequent occupation that followed, which continues til this day.
