Qatar airways has announced they’re resuming flights to the Somali capital Mogadishu after a several month hiatus.
The first round of flights are expected to resume on September 6th. Qatar airways ceased flights to Somalia as a result of the COVID19 pandemic that began earlier this year.
Somalia resumed international flights on August 3rd. Qatari airways and Turkish airlines are some of the many international companies that routinely make trips to the country.
