Confirmed reports received from the Ogaden reveal Ethiopian troops illegally detained and imprisoned two civilians in the town of Imay in Shabeele province.
According to local contacts and eye witnesses Ethiopian troops arrested two young men and subsequently transferred them to a jail located in the vicinity of the town, manned by Ethiopian troops. Halgan Media has received the names of the victims, which are listed below.
