Reports received by Halgan Media from Libaan province reveal a civilian was killed by the Liyuu Police militia in the town of Haysufti near the district of Dhaga Suufti.
According to local contacts and eye witnesses, the victim is Bilow Cabdi Ahmed. Liyuu Police militia routinely commit extrajudicial killings and indiscriminate mass murders targeting the civilian population in Ogaden.
