Clashes between local clans erupted mid afternoon in the village of Qamuda situated near the town of Yucub in Doolo province.
Halgan Media correspondents based in Doolo province reveal the skirmishes where a result of a land dispute. At least two people where wounded in the clashes with no casualties reported.
Following the clashes both victims, where transferred to the nearby town of Yucub for medical treatment. Correspondents based in Doolo province have informed the Halgan Media service desk that the situation remains calm following the clashes.
Tit for tat skirmishes fueled by land and territorial disputes have increased in frequency across Doolo province in recent months.
