Reports reaching Halgan Media from Jarar province reveal scores of civilians have been arrested in the city of Dhagaxbuur by Ethiopian military contingents.
According to local contacts and eye witnesses, Ethiopian military contingents and there associated militia’s detained scores of civilians, subsequently imprisoning them.
Halgan Media has been able to obtain the names of four of the victims, which are listed below.
